Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of seven focused on performance, consistency, and delivering a strong customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Senior Director at Home Depot, bringing leadership, structure, and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

Our office is uniquely positioned next to the State Farm hub in Texas, serving as a key presence in the area. We stay actively involved in the community through local Chambers of Commerce and value building strong local relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gwen Candler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
