ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a team of seven focused on performance, consistency, and delivering a strong customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Senior Director at Home Depot, bringing leadership, structure, and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

Our office is uniquely positioned next to the State Farm hub in Texas, serving as a key presence in the area. We stay actively involved in the community through local Chambers of Commerce and value building strong local relationships.

For our team, we offer PTO, health, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also provide both individual and team-based incentives, with bonus opportunities designed to reward performance and encourage collaboration.

Our office culture is positive, disciplined, and process-driven. We focus on creating sustainable, repeatable success through strong habits and mindset. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, trustworthy, and brings a positive attitude - someone who values accountability, teamwork, and wants to grow in a high-performing environment.
